Paul Davies
Partner & Head of Conveyancing
Paul is a Partner, Chartered Legal Executive and the head of the Conveyancing Department. Paul has worked in the legal industry since 1998, beginning his career as a Personal Injury Law specialist before moving into property related matters and Conveyancing, obtaining broad experience of all aspects of Residential property work.
Having been in charge of residential property teams for a number of years, conducting work for both local and national clientele, Paul’s experience and expertise means that he is able to provide a comprehensive service to include the sale and purchase of both Freehold and Leasehold property, Land acquisitions and transfers, social housing and new build developments. Paul can also assist with other diverse and complicated matters.
